Subject to the completion of satisfactory due diligence, the Trust will acquire ‘Cammeray Square’, a modern mixed-use centre located within Sydney’s affluent Lower North Shore only 4.5 radial kilometres from the Sydney CBD.

The asset is 96.5% leased to retail and office tenants, with a Weighted Average Lease Expiry (WALE) of 5.9 years by area. With a focus on convenience and fresh food, the asset is anchored by Harris Farm Markets and includes a mix of 15 specialties comprising of essential services, cafes/restaurants and providores. The retail mix is further complemented by a 1,550 sqm childcare centre and 869 sqm commercial office suites that provide a strong medical offering.

The investment provides Investors with strong forecast average distributions of 7.75% per annum and forecast 10% - 12% IRR over the 5 year Trust.
