Albany Creek Square is a well-established neighbourhood shopping Centre located in the Brisbane metropolitan suburb of Albany Creek, some 14.5 radial kilometers north of the Brisbane CBD. The Centre is anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket, supported by 30 specialty tenants, 6 ATMs, 2 Kiosks and 2 pad sites. The Centre offers a strong performing Coles and a solid base of national tenants with the opportunity to reposition an under-managed asset and generate ‘value add’ returns.

The project is targeting forecast average distributions of 8.00% over the 5 year Trust with an estimated IRR of 14.04%^.
